I have a 2004 chevy aveo. It has a history of electrical problems. Console light, brake light switch. It starts up immediately and then if you turn it off, and try to start it again, nothing happens at all. Does not turn over or make any sound whatsoever. Could that be the starter or could it be a battery problem?
