the rainbow sharks will be fine just make sure you have decorations other than plants. my sharks have made their home in two of my decorations. plus the rainbow is territorial, so they wont run together often.
i would not add the cichlids because they are semi-aggressive. they may harm the other fish.
any other community fish would be fine except the guppie and longfin danio family because the barbs are fin nippers and will harm any fish with long fins!!!!!
