Ok 27 and Hot Flashes?

I had my tubes tied 5 years ago. But over the past 6 weeks I have had hot flashes, moodiness, vivid dreams.My period was two weeks late and very light for me. I usually last a week and a half and very heavy but this time was 3 days and extremely light. Could this be just stress?
