Oil Leak 2000 Honda Odessey?

1 check oil level,,if overfilled there you go
2 check oil filter may be loose
3 main seal,,,

My wife has a 2000 Honda Odessey Van. Last night, I found a huge puddle of oil underneath, and discovered that it was coming from the back part of the engine, somewhere near the bottom. It seems to be gushing out when the engine is running. What are the various causes of this problem? Thanks for any help!
