Oil is leaking out of my 2004 honda Crf150f?

pop it off and clean both sides with a razor blade, then carefully wipe it down with rubbing alcohol. go to napa and get some high temp rtv or gasket maker. put it all the way around the edge, in a complete seal, reinstal your cover, and wipe off the excess. then just let it dry and leak check it/
 
There is oil leaking from between the head and head cover on my crf150f and I have no clue how to fix it. There is no gasket that goes there or rubber seal or anything. Its just metal on metal. Any suggestions?
