Oil Change 2.2L Toyota Camry?

How many Quarts of oil does the 2.2L motor in a 1997 camry take?
And whats the best oil to use. the previous owner used MOBIL 5000 10w-30..........It has 203,000 on the original motor.
 
With a genuine Toyota oil filter (made by Denso) or Denso by name your crankcase holds 3.8 quarts of oil. The recommended oil viscosity for that year Toyota Camry is 5W-30. Havoline, Mobil 7000, Valvoline and Brad Penn ar all a tad better than Mobil 5,000.

If you want to step-up to the ultimate Mobil1 full synthetic is better than all of them.
