oh, the boyfriend. sex drive?

boyfriend and i have been together about 7 months, and have just recently started the sexual side of our relationship.
at the very beginning of it, we were at the same level, meaning when i wanted it, so did he, and vice versa.
but recently, things have changed.
during the last month, i have been the one always begging and pleading for sex, and he is NEVER interested, and i mean never.
i could be touching him in a seual way, and he would seriously push my hand away and tell me to stop.
i could kiss him all over his body and he would just lay there and do absoultly nothing.
i dont know what im doing worng, or what im doing right.
sometimes i feel awkward & and even bad because im the one always wanting it, and i thought it was supposed to be the boy who did, you know?
there will occasionaly be a bloow job here and there, and other minor sexual things couples on our level do, but seriously thats it.
i dont know why my sex drive is so high and his isn't - we're both 18.
i try to cheer myself up, and think that hes still interested in me by saying that its stress about college, but i dont know.
