Oh My Gosh...What have I done???

Ok, I was driving yesterday when I was switching lanes and looking back. When I looked back...my neck hurt SOOOO bad. Then I noticed that it hurt looking more one way then the other. When I look up or down, it hurts!! I took IB Profin (800) and it didn't really seem to help except for the headache part a little. Hubby rubbed neck and shoulders...no help. Got up this morning...took a hot shower...no better! What have I done??? I can't get any relief. I do have a shoulder problem (Tendenitis) but I wouldn't think that was be the cause. Any suggestions??

I am guessing you gave yourself whiplash. You might need to see the doctor for a muscle relaxant on a routine schedule and even perhaps one of those cervical collars. good luck.
