OH MY GOD PLEASE I NEED HELP ITS A SIMPLE QUESTION PLEASE?

okay im trying to figure out how to sync my ipod touch( 4th generation ) photos from my ipod to the computer but i dont know how. People are saying press summary tab and click enable disk drive, but when i click summary tab it doesnt say enable disk drive ANYWERE. I dont know what to do :/ also i have an imac. So please help and explain in a easy way please
