O'Flaherty to direct 'Thundercats'

So you think it'll be a titanic express? *rimshot*

I dunno. Hearing that it'll be entirely CG and that the director wants to do his best to remain faithful to the original animation is at least somewhat encouraging. Moreso than if it were a live-action production, at least.

Hardly but considering they aren't doing a live action, as you stated, that alone helps.

My belief that, even with M Night Shyamalan directing it, a live action Avatar: The Last Airbender seems unlikely to succeed.

...as opposed to say, miscast live actors, someone that took on the project that doesn't even watch the show, and it being just a barrage of jokes about the series? Seems like a winner to me.

I have hope....but will an unknown director really have that much power too say no too executives who think they have creative talent and something too add too the franchise?
