Only played Wii sports so far, Zelda is still wrapped up since I am too far into FFXII to stop now

Thing is small, smaller than my external enclosure for the DVDRW. It's quite compared to my aging PS2. I have it on it's side, not standing up since it fits best that way for me. I am using the composite cable that came with it since my 27" CRT does not have a component input. For those of you with HDTVs, it will look bad. Either get over it, or play PS3 or Xbox 360 if you want HD graphics This is not the reason to be buying a Wii.

I bought a second one and getting them up and running was easy. The first player one works out of the box and the second was sync'd no problem. I am playing about 3-4 feet from the TV and everything works great. For the people that have seen the reviews that if you lose the pointer off the screen, it is not a problem. Either the reviewer was looking to nit-pick, or they are an idiot. Just make sure to point at the sensor bar and the middle of your screen and it'll be right there where you want it

Amazing proof of priciple set of mini games. Nintendo did not let people down by adding this for free to the package.
Tennis is a lot of fun. The game know whether you should hit it backhand or forehand since then remote can detect the axis you are swinging from
Golf just how you would expect. You have a power meter that is accurate to the speed at which you swing and you can choose your club for the condition you are starting from.
Bowling You can direct the path of the ball by adding spin and control the speed of the ball by your arm speed. Imagine bowling in real life, but without the ball weight.
Baseball Again, very basic. You just swing like you would a real bat, so you have to turn the remote sideways and draw it back like you would if you were really batting. Swinging is just like a real baseball swing. Pitching relies on using the d-pad to make off-speed pitches. There is no running or fielding involved. It's kind of like whiffle ball, where anything in the infield is an out, if it hits the outfield wall, it's a double.
Boxing Only tried this a little bit. KO'd the gf after a lot of swinging. I'll have to figure it out some more to get the controls down. Then it's time to punch out the parents over Thanksgiving.
Wii sports is very basic, proof of concept game for the Wii. It gives you an idea of how the controls would work for playing most other games that will be coming out for it.
I haven't played Zelda yet and will probably wait since I don't want to start it just yet. Making the Mii is pretty fun, but there are not anyone to parade around with yet.
