I dont use internet plan on my berry but it worked on home wifi before and now it doesnt. =( Gotta do OTA themes the hard way now until resolved.

Either way, its about time T-MO!

Going to upgrade my 8320 with the new T-Mobile release- but do I need to delete anything (like the vendor file) since I currently have the official Orange .52 installed on my device? Thanks in advance.

what's the difference between the .52 on blackberry.com for the 8320 and the .81 official release from tmobile that was released today??? Im glad to hear that its finally out.... It took forever. Anyway, I downloaded the .52 from the blackberry.com site a few days ago. It works fine, no hang ups as of yet. Just wondering if i should even bother with the .81 and if there is a difference, should i wipe the phone back to factory and then proceed to download the .81?? Can i also use the 4.5 DM or do i need to download and replace the 4.5 DM with the 4.6?? Im going to assume that i will need to uninstall the 4.5 first. Thanks stackers....

I have an issue with the new 4.5 release. I don't know if anybody else has this problem, or if it's just me, but my battery life has gone down the tubes. It's so bad, it makes my phone unusable. I watched the battery indicator in the status screen drop from 90% to 70% in just a matter of a couple minutes.

Not only that, but the device gets WAY hot. I was actually afraid the battery was getting too hot, so I removed it, let the unit cool for several minutes. I plugged it back in, and it got red hot again, as I watched the battery indicator go from 65% to 40% in a short moment. I decided enough was enough, and removed the battery for good. This was on my way home from work, because I upgraded at work.

Now that I'm here at home and have eaten dinner, inspected the device a bit more, checked over all the settings, and all looks good. Minus the fact I have the phone plugged in the charger, and it is charging VERY slowly, and is still glowing hot. I'm sure if I unplugged it, It would discharge as quickly as it did on my way home. What the Hell? I mean it's hot as hell, but what's going on?

No new applications except Docs 2 Go, things are like they were before the upgrade, with wifi enabled, but bluetooth is disabled. Nothing out of the ordinary. I'm about ready to downgrade.

Every time I try to go get the updates on Tmobile's site, the links take me to a compare phones list for purchase. Is anyone else having that happen? All of the links to download the DM or the OS are doing this and I cant get to what is needed.
