I've been using this headset for about a year now and it worked fine. One day when i came home and turned on my mic, i could barely hear anyone talking. I tried re-connecting my blue tooth. accessories> audio device settings and i noticed that my mic volume is stuck at 3. I tried to go to input options but the only opitions i can choose is disconnect and connect not settings. Is my mic broken?
