Official PS3 Bluetooth Headset HELP!?

well i have a 160gb PS3 and today i bought a bluetooth headset
it PAIRED... but i cant see the microphone thing next to my name. i went to the setting. it is at Microphone Level: 3 (Input: Wireless Headset)(Output: Wireless) what is wrong???
i play Call of Duty World at War... but i cant TALK!!! :( help please...
it is connected, fully charged, and newnn...
 
Look at the instruction manual that came with the headset, when i first got mine i had the same problem. If you look at the headset in the top middle there s that round button it says (MIC MUTE) try holding that down for a few secs to unmute it, it might be on hold or on mute try it, if that doesnt work i dont know what else it could be-because you have the settings right..Good Luck!
