off topic: do any of u guys like star wars or star trek?

I never understood it. Its like they have their own venacular. Never fully saw any of the original star wars. I watched the prequel phantom meance. It was cool, since the fight scenes were awesome. I don't even bother with star trek. I don't no how avid star trek geeks tolerate even one episode. Maybe I'm being narrow minded, but I don't think I'm missing out on anything.

The only movies I like that pertains to space are aliens or event horizon. Basically horror sci-fi. Rather then fantasey/science fiction

@king: I never saw any of the harry potter, twighlight, narnia, lord ring movies. Not an avid fan when it comes to teen vampire romance, wizards, dragons etc. I didn't have that type of imagination as a kid growing up, since I always wanted to be a nba player or cop during my child hood years, but I love marvel comic & fast & the furious sequels/trilogies.
@lara: lol my cousin reads resident evil & xmen novels. I think its funny. When they make novels out of comic books & video games.
 
I like them both, though I'm more into Star Wars than Trek. I used to read the Star Wars novels, but I've kind of drifted away from it. I'll probably start again once my boyfriend gets out of the Marines because he's a big fan of both.

Mace Windu is Samuel Jackson's character. Oh, and "Event Horizon" was wild.
