odd problem

Hopefully this is in the right place...

A few months ago I was under a ton of stress, and I had a lot of difficulty sleeping and I felt really anxious all the time. This stress only lasted about 2 weeks, but by the end of it I had become slightly dizzy all the time. Dizzy might not be the right word, but my head just felt a little stuffy and when I moved my head I would feel a tinge of dizziness. Over the next few stress-free weeks this problem got a lot better, but even now, about 4-5 months later, its still there a tiny bit. Its not debilitating in any way, and when I'm not thinking about it I usually don't even notice it, but it's still noticeable and it's getting really annoying. I noticed that its usually worst when I'm sitting or lying down, and when I'm really tired or sleep deprived. I also noticed that when I exercise rigorously, it's bad immediately after I finish exercise, but the rest of the day it's noticeably better. Actually, when I rigorously exercise for multiple days in a row, the problem almost disappears completely. But then when I don't exercise for a few days (I don't have time to exercise a lot every day), it comes back. I know the cause isn't stress because I am under very little stress now. Have you ever heard of this problem, and do you have any suggestions as to how to get rid of it? Thanks.

The feeling of stuffiness in your head, worse when lying down, along with some dizziness could suggest a sinus problem.

You might consider trying an OTC decongestant/antihistamine.
