The event, which kicks off at 10 a.m. Pacific at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater, will come one year after Apple unveiled the iPad mini and 4th-gen iPad. Cupertino will likely refresh both devices, and could reveal the updated Mac Pro and launch OS X Mavericks.
In other news, Ubisoft announced that the release of its Watch Dogs video game has been delayed until 2014. "It became clear to us that we needed to take the extra time to polish and fine tune each detail so we can deliver a truly memorable and exceptional experience," the company said. Another game, The Crew, has also been delayed.
Meanwhile, Twitter is testing a new option that allows users to receive direct messages from any user on Twitter. Typically, two users must be following each other in order to exchange direct messages, but by checking a box in your Settings menu, DMs can be accepted from anyone on Twitter.
