So I am a grade 12 student who is very passionate about graphic design. I also love fine arts but my heart lies with GD. So i applied to numerous places but my top 2 choices are OCADU and George Brown.

OCADU
I FREAKING LOVE THIS SCHOOL!! <3 i've been there numerous times, open house, portfolio clinics etc, and i love it. I love the environment, the passion in the air, the people and the faculty that I have met (except for one lady >.<). I am one of those quirky art kids so ill fit right in i believe... I have friends in the GD program and they say they love it. And I am sure its awesome... but im not sure if an education there will land me a job after graduating... btw I am all for the starving artist, im not giving up my passion to be financially sound. but still I need food on the table :) I have heard many success stories though about people coming out of this program, one of my cousins friends works with Nike and is making a killing.

George Brown
I find this school more businessy... and I hate the St. James Campus its like a daycare... and the lighting! its depressing! it makes me wanna fall asleep... but I know the program is really good. I sometimes think if I go there I have a higher chance of getting employed... but i hate the campus so much...

***SIDE QUESTION*** does OCAD and/or George Brown offer co-op? im pretty sure GB does... not sure bout OCAD, I think I read something on their site but I don't seem to remember.

So I would like to hear your opinions on which school is better... and I know as of just recently OCAD's design area sucked donkey nuts but now they upgraded BIG TIME and I hear it is amazing and hi-tech!

THANKS!!!!!
