The suv was purchased from a private party. At this time I was unaware there was a lien on the vehicle. This was divulged to me by the DMV when I went into register the vehicle. I have contacted the person who sold the SUV and they have been giving me the run around about the lien. I am wondering any advice on what I can do to get this properly registered or how to get my money back! If it makes a difference I am in Texas. i know that a good title is Blue but the one that this guy gave me is Brown i am wondering if he could´ve got the copy even if the car is on a lien?
