I'm hearing a lot lately that bio majors who've achieved a bachelors can do little with their degree once they've graduated college. It's concerning me because I've decided to seek a bachelors in biology and specialize in forensics. I'm still a freshman in college, so I'm opened to steer which ever way is more convenient.

Is it true that those who major in this science will have little to do once they graduate?

Thanks for the answers in advance :D

Our daughter took a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Genetics, from there she took a Masters in Biotechnology. She is currently working as a Product Manager in an international pharmaceutical company, working with HIV meds.

Stay in school, keep researching jobs, the one you will be doing once you are out of school hasn't even been created yet.

See if you can connect with someone that is in the field you want to go into and job shadow them for a few days or weeks.
