obtain a bike and HM cut in pokemon fire red?

Go to Vermilion City, and go in the Pokemon Fan Club house. Then talk to the Chairman and he'll give you a Bike Voucher. Go to the Bike Shop in Cerulean City and talk to the guy at the counter. Then you get your bike 
For Cut, Go to Cerulean City , and go up the Nugget Bridge, then turn right and save Bill (something w/ pokemon, not sure...) Then, head to vermillion City, and board the SS Anne. Talk to the Captain of the ship and he'll give you Hm Cut.
