I'm an obese 21 year old female. I carry a large amount of my weight in my stomach. I love doing jumping jacks because of the simplicity and calories burned from them. However, because I carry my weight in my stomach, it hurts my stomach whenever I do jumping jacks. I get the same thing when I jog. Is there anything I can maybe wear to support my stomach while I'm exercising? I thought maybe a maternity band or something might help.
I wanted to add. It's not muscle pain in my stomach. It's pain from it jiggling up and down as I jump. Kind of imagine what breasts do when a woman does jumping jacks--that's what my stomach does.
