The tool is a known to work well and not believed to be the problem. There is no power at all at the connection point and no communication between the scanner and the vehicle. Check engine light just came on and having some rough running. Just used this tool two days ago to find the specific O2 sensor on a Honda and was counting on it for this vehicle but it keeps telling me it must be connected to the vehicle, even though it is connected.
