I know right now that under your parents health insurance if you are a college student, you have to be 'full time' (12 hours) in order to get the benefits. Since Obama's health care reform is going to be taking effect and newly college graduates will still be able to get such benefits under their parents, is it the same scenario with college students who are taking less than 12 hours? In other words, if I am taking 2 or 3 college classes (6 or 9 hours) and working part time (not receiving benefits from my job) will I still be able to be under my parents insurance even though I am not considered a 'full time student?'
