Obama vs. Bush: who wins the debate on foreign policy ?

A sitting president directly engaged by a presidential contender on a major policy issue. This is fascinating to me. One of the reasons I enjoy politics so much now. No matter who we supported (I'm a Libertarian) we will never forget the race in 2008.
