Obama-Lincoln comparisons?

i understand why everyone is so happy that an african-american finally became president, but does anyone see any concrete justification for comparing these two this early in the game?

i mean, they used the lincoln bible and had similar dinners to that of Lincoln's time in office.

not to mention, at the time of lincoln's inauguration he was the most hated man in America.

i was hoping he was going to go see a play too. I dont get any of that stuff either. i dont see why they compare them period. I also dont get why people keep making songs and dancing for him, thats just weird..i think anyway.

I think Democratic Presidents think they are reincarnations of other Presidents. Bill Clinton thinks he's the New FDR, adn Hillary thinks she's a reincarnation of Eleanor Roosevelt.
