Obama's been parodied a number of Japanese animation and manga already. I'm a little surprised there there's been no references or parodies of him in our animation so far.

Family Guy, Obama & Stewie try to take over the world!
American dad-stan vs obama
King of the hill-Hank the Hard core republican getting used to having a democrat as a president! (with a few clinton & Bush jokes as well!)
Robot chicken-Obama & Seth go partying!
anime-obama vs hord of ninjas! HAAAH!!!
yes all of these could be funny!

I'd say it's pretty obvious why we don't see much in the way of cartoons riffing on or poking at Obama. Or even on skit shows for that matter besides a couple of the SNL ones.
American Dad - If they really want to keep doing this awful show, I think they can basically show that Stan gets over the anxiety of Obama because Obama generally just keeps stuff the same under his Administration. So Stan like the citizens of South Park learns that things won't be so bad under Obama. In fact, Stan will find having Obama as president will make his job a whole lot easier since media and watchdog groups won't be hounding and watching him every second
. They will be less cynical toward the Obama White House.

I think that there will be a lot less Obama parodies than Bush parodies. They wouldn't have nearly as much of material as they did for Bush.

Clinton despite in the eyes of the media and Hollywood of being the greatest presidents in the universe and of all time didn't keep him from being ridiculed and riffed on 24/7 while he was President.
In 1999, the Daily Show called the bombing of Iraq the "Perversion Diversion."
People act like Obama doesn't have any flaws or weaknesses. For one thing, he's one of the first Presidents in a long time that's an actual smoker.

OK but to think if in the next 4 years there will be nothing to make fun or to even say there is nothing to make fun of now is rather naive.
I mean, the water bottle gag at his speeches. People passing out because he's so awesome. Chris Matthews all but said listening to Obama made him you know what.
And again, he's a smoker. He supports big tobacco. He has a nicotine addiction.
