Obama Gets 4 point Boost After Convention?

In 2 new polls, Obama now leads Romney 47% to 43% according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll and Gallup has Obama up 49%-45%. Do you think there is a convention bounce happening?
 
Yup. it happens after almost every convention. After the GOP convention, Romney was leading Obama by 1% in the gallup poll. Obama's convention bounce was bigger obviously and if the polls don't change over the next two months, Obama has a second term.
