ok so i bought a Nokia N97White from ebay. The woman said it was locked to orange, so I assume she had it on contract with them.
When I got the phone, i popped my o2 pay and go sim card into it. I can now make and receive calls and texts, so I assumed the phone was unlocked. The internet however will not work, and o2 will not provide me with the settings. they say I need to purchase a simplicity sim contract before it will work. What's going on? Do i need to debrand the phone or something?
