Hi Guy's, i have a nxt door neighbour who for the last 5 yrs since i've been here will not tend to his gardens who both my ex & neighbour always cut it back for him but he never say's thanks & its totally getting out of control seriously!! its his own hse too....should i call the council or something so he can get help? ta!
