NZB help and tutorial !!?

hey guyz.........im new to NEWS LEECHER and NZB world !! please give me full tutorial on this !!
i have downloaded this software and whenever i try to connect i get the following msg :
ERROR : unable to connect
SOLUTION : there are no enabled server connections to activate. Make sure u have setup a usenet server correctly before connecting !!!
PLZ HELP ME
