You can also find pictures online where the disc implants moved or came completely out.
I would post all of the pictures I've found across the internet but the moRAB here don't allow such pictures to be seen.
Also go to the FDA MAUDE website to read about incidents where they have broken implants trying to hammer them in. One lady even had an artery severed during the procedure.
