I don't know much about Birth Control but i'm a little concerned about my girlfriend. We're both young, she's 23 and i'm 22. She uses the NuvaRing for 21 days and 7 days off. The 2nd day that she placed it in this month we had unprotected sex and i ejaculated inside her. A week later she started to experience nausea, cramping, and headaches but she took 500mg of Tylenol and that seemed to help out. Yesterday we had sex, again but i pulled out because i wasn't too comfortable ejaculated inside her, again. After wards, she had light bleeding when she urinated. Does this mean anything?
She's been on the NuvaRing since 2006 and she said she hasn't had any side effects from then until now.
Is it a possibility that she's pregnant? She and I don't want to conceive a newborn and we've been together since 2006 along w her Nuvaring. She has also been stressing out alot on school and the new job that she has. I'm not sure if stress has to do with anything...or not.
