FooRAB that have been proven to help with Acne:
AVOID-
all refined and/or concentrated simple sugars, limiting high-fat fooRAB, margarine, shortening, and other synthetically hydrogenated vegetable oils, or fried oils.

EAT-
corn, chicken, whole grains, mushrooms, fresh vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, yellow and orange fruits and vegetables (especially green vegetables) fish, eggs, cabbage, dried beans, soy beans, radishes, onions, whole wheat products, and eat a high fiber diet. Plus avoid sodas and drink lots of water.
