Have just been given these to take to try and fix some digestion problems. Does anyone know why its not recommended to take these is you have gastritis? I have no idea if i have gastritis, what is the difference between that and acid reflux, its pretty much the same symptoms!

i read somewhere if u have gastritis or a ulcer these will make it worse, acid reflux is the acid going up to the oesophagitis, and gastritis is a inflammation of the stomach lining, but quite a lot of people suffer from both
