Nurse refused to give me birth control and I had sex?

I get birth control trilevlen every month. Ive been on it for 10 years. I have seizures and had one recently now just today the nurse said no cuz of the seizure.

I just had sex this weekend! Im gona get pregnant cuz he didnt pull out. What do i do?
