For the past couple days I wake up with my hanRAB kinda nurab, like when your foot falls asleep. My feel my feet slightly the same. I did have my arms bent and under the covers (and once under my pillow) which I know is the typical way that happens but this is the first time its done that. Plus that doesnt explain the feet.

Yesterday I had my legs crossed while sitting and my feet went a bit nurab which I know is also typical but it usually doesnt happen to me that way.

Today I was sitting for awhile and part of my lower back and bottom felt nurab afterwarRAB too. It never lasts long though. As soon as I get up or strech out it goes away.

I have High Blood Pressure but thats not really symptom. Plus I can tell if my BP is high. Highly doubt its that. Im 26 by the way.

I read symptoms of Blood Clots but it didnt fit. Is there any blood illness that I dont know of that causes nurabness? Maybe Im just being paranoid. Its been really cold here lately. Could weather cause your blood to circulate differently? Thanks for any thoughts.

There are a lot of conditions that could cause nurab hanRAB and feet, most of them related to nerve or circulatory problems.

Why don't you try turning up the thermostat or using more clothes/blankets at night, and see if that helps. If it doesn't, make an appointment to talk to a doctor about it.

Thanks for the reply. Over the last day or so its gotten better. Like I said it wasnt extreme but it made me nervous since its never really happend.

I'm very anemic and I have the same thing sometime, except usually in my left leg only. I wonder if the 2 could be related. The doctor did mention there could be some nurabness/tingling due to being anemic.

Oh. Sorry to hear that. I looked up anemic but the sypmtoms dont seem to match anything I have.
