I could really do with some help. About a week ago I started to experience some muscle twitching mostly in my left upper arm and left thigh. The next day I had a headache that although it wasnt really bad it just wouldnt go away. Since these symptoms appeared I then began to have a very strange sensation in my head which keeps going numb which although it dosnt hurt it is very destressing and strange. I have since had a ct scan which is normal. A blood test that is normal apart from a slight raise in my white blood cells.
I also had slightly raised blood pressure but again the doctors said was nothing to be concerned about. Can anyone help I really am at a loss.
 
did the bloodwork check your electrolytes? Was your potassium ok? Sometimes people will have muscle twitching with low potassium. As long as you don't have any kidney issues, have a banana a day and see if this makes any sort of difference.
