I called *228 and all it did was update my recent phone, it didn't tell me WHEN I could get an update.
I know I might have one, and I don't really want to have to drive 20-30minutes tomorrow late in the day to a Verizon store to ask when my next update is.
Is *228 the only one I can call, *611 didn't really work either.
Should I call customer service?
