Having problems with my upgrade. I was told i was going to recieve a HTC Evo 4G and when i opened the package it was a Sanyo Zio, which is the worst phone i think anyone could ever have!! Now they are giving me a hard time with trying to return the phone and reset my upgrade eligibility so i can recieve the phone i want so that i can actually make use of my phone. Its almost like i am paying for a phone that i dont even have and the *2 is a JOKE!!
 
800-877-4646 or800-3662255.they tried to give my mama the sanyo zio and i told her not to get it.the phone sucks.i have the htc evo 4g and its the best phone ever! good luck

ADDED: when u get ur evo see about getting an extended battery for it.they phone is GREAT but the battery life sucks.i got the extended battery and i can go long period of time without charging
