Having problems with my upgrade. I was told i was going to recieve a HTC Evo 4G and when i opened the package it was a Sanyo Zio, which is the worst phone i think anyone could ever have!! Now they are giving me a hard time with trying to return the phone and reset my upgrade eligibility so i can recieve the phone i want so that i can actually make use of my phone. Its almost like i am paying for a phone that i dont even have and the *2 is a JOKE!!
