Number for Customer relations?

HI, anyone have a number for customer relations? I am having a problem with Tmobile and all they can give me is a fax number.
 
If you are having a serious problem with T-Mobile send a email to [email protected]. Make sure that it is professional and well written. Mr. Dotosn has a 12 member team that works out of Albuquerque, New Mexico and it is their only job to receive and handle complaints. They work out of what is known as the Executive Offices. This is better than a phone number, this goes directly to someone who can do something about it. I hope this works well for you!

As for going directly to "robert dotson" ill see him in hawaii on march 9th to 23rd for the company PEAK award (yes I won it free)... Ill talk to him personally for ya lol

whats the problem, i can get you a fax number...if you let me or jstodda know whats up maybe we could help remedy the situation. oh and the number to care is 800.937.8997, not the 927.
