while i cannot tell you just what may be actually behind this, you REALLY do need to see your primary or ob/gyn for a good palpation of that breast and the surrounding tissue on up thru that armpit just to check for ANY possible lumps or enlarged lymph nodes in that armpit. its just kind of an odd set of symptoms. but there is a very direct connection between the underarm and the breast too. this just really NEEDS further investigation, and perhaps even an MRI being done. alot would depend upon just what your doc thinks about this. but i would definitely get this evaluated soon. please let me know what you find out.
