nude lap dance and std symptoms?

Dear all

Problem
------------
I got a nude lap dance from a stripper girl during which the head of my penis was outside the underwear (it might have touched her genitals, i can't remember, i did not intentionally touch). I did touch her breasts, kissed on her stomach with my mouth. I never gave/received oral sex, i never penetrated her vagina with my hand, i did not finger her, did not touch her vagina. But I did touch the rest of her body (example , touched breasts, touched buttocks, stomach, hair). She did not touch my penis. However, I fear that my penis might have touched her buttocks and possibly even lap dance since she was nude and the head of my penis was outside my pants

Here are the symptoms I have so far
----------------------------------------------------
after 2 weeks
-----------------
had a low fever for 4 days + white oral thrush in mouth

after 3 weeks
-------------------
1) small blisters + some very very small blisters/bumps in clusters (like cauliflower) in my foreskin, i need to pull down my foreskin to see it, it is visible on the shaft of the penis
2) small red rash on the skin of my trunk
3) yeast infection in mouth, i see white stuff on the sides of my inside cheeks , white stuff on either side of my tongue at the end (inside), some blisters in the mouth
4) tiredness
5) pain in the legs
6) cold feet in night
7) slight numbness in one of the legs

What STDs could I have caught from these symptoms. Any answer is really helpful to reduce my anxiety. I pray that I did not catch HIV/AIDS. I think the rest of the diseases will not kill the patient if medicines are used.
Guys, thank you for the replies.

1) I did not have sex before or after this encounter
2) How serious are the other incurable diseases. I heard that HPV/Herpes/Hepatitis B are incurable. Out of these, Herpes might not occur more than once. HPV can be removed with some chemical/acid and hepatities usually goes off soon and you will be imminue after that one time. are these true? I am unable to concentrate on anything with this anxiety.
