what will i do after the nucleoplasty? how long i can walk? why i feel burning pain at my back,buttocks and legs going to my foot? pls help me i want to know what im going to do for this....

I am just like you so if you get any help please let me know. I have tried every thing you can do and i'm still always in pain. I am have a Nucleoplasty
done the end of the month and I've heard that it helps for only a short time or not at all.
