I have a herniated disc at L4-5. I have had thereapy, traction, cortisone, epidural, pills,nerve blocks, and nucleoplasty. I just got the nucleoplaty 2 weeks ago, at first i felt grat but lately the nerve pain is back again. I am 5'5 was in football and wrestling weighing about 220 when i hurt my back in the past 6 months i have gained 70 lbs and weigh 290. I kno im supposed tom lose weight but cant work out. It's really messing with me not being able to play sports and having this pain. I cant get rid of it and am scared it will be there for the rest of my life.
