Not a chance. They just want weapons. SInce the US does not like them they just want to make it look like a threat. Having a nuclear war will never be helpful. First of all the radiation would reach souther Korean, which is a US ally. SO what if they nuclear power what if they are using it for peaceful purposes? IT is just propaganda. Look at the US still stock piling nuclear bombs. What posible reason could thy need so many nukes for. THey already have enough to destroy the world seven time. This calcualation was made over 5 years ago emagine how muc hthey have not. IF anything we should first get the US to defuse the Nukes and use them for energy, like Iran.
