ns fundamental vs stock bike rims?

how much stronger is the ns fundamental rims compared to stock rims on a specialized p1 cromo 2010? or any other rim? how is it worth spending the extra money to get the ns trailmaster rims that are 30% stronger than the fundamentals? please legit answers will give 10 points to the most helpful, thanks
