...users from chatting? My users cannot install any IM programs on our network, but now they don't need them. With Yahoo mail and Facebook (and probably others), they can chat directly from the web page itself.

As a Network Administrator, how do I shut this ability down, but still allow them to check their e-mail and do other Internet browsing?
