block the sale? The messiah has handed over an American institution to unsecured lenders (unions), and stuck secured lenders in the butt. This is arguably theft. Now that his kickback to his corrupt buddies is in jeopardy, where does that leave him? I nice cool place in the sand next to Jimmy Hoffa? Lets face it, those guys in Detroit play for keeps.

How could the likes of Buzzy Ginsburg have done this to him? Are those he counted on as friends just not as ethically challenged as he may prove to be?

What does this mean for the American taxpayer? Will we be writing checks for lifetime power train warranties for the next 100 years?

Will the Italians ever speak to us again?
Will a 31 year old grad student with zero automobile experience still be able to put CEO of Chrysler on his resume?

Ginsburg really had no choice in this ruling,as I feel she already had a feeling from the other justices on this. She has in fact and in form followed the rules, and has upset the Obama bunch in doing so.I have predicted this every sense the parties involved went into bankruptcy. This administration has bypassed the Constitution, and Rules of law in at least 3 points, possibility more, and has favored the union,They have strong-armed the parties into agreements in the name of speed. As I've warned, time is their enemy on every policy they have proposed, knowing if the voters realize the real facts, they are dead in the water. It will be interesting to see if any criminal charges will be brought on some of the players involved. If i'm correct, and the SCOTUS does become involved, most of Obama & Co.'s policies could be overturned, and ruled unconstitutional. The taxpayer has already lost a chunk, but a light may be at the end of this tunnel yet.As far as Italians, they can set back and wait, because they're looking at getting 20% of the Co. w/no money invested. It will all depend on how the courts rule. You can bet your a - - that the lights will be burning in the White House for a while!

If the Supreme Court delays the process too long, Fiat can pull our leaving Chrysler on its own. That will probably mean Chrysler will file Chapter 7 bankruptcy which means liquidation.

What it really means is that my automotive supplier plant will close throwing me on the unemployment line.

But hey, thanks for asking.
